Introduction

International Conference on Machine Learning, Computer Systems and Security 2022 (MLCSS-2022) is to be held virtually at Institute of Technical Education & Research, SOA Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, India, during 05-06 Aug 2022. Machine Learning is one of the most fascinating technologies of the decade. Machine Learning is perceived as a subset of Artificial intelligence that leverage the potential of statistical models along with the scientific study of algorithms to give computers the capability to learn without being explicitly programmed, relying on patterns and inference instead. Machine learning techniques prove to be useful to improve efficiency, speed, and accuracy of outcomes in the presence of large-scale data. Additionally, there is also a prime concern regarding Computer Systems and Security that ensures the secure execution of essential business processes, and safeguards confidential and sensitive information. Most of the industries from manufacturing, retail, health care, finance, travel, hospitality, science, engineering, etc. dealing with huge amounts of data have now acknowledged the value of machine learning along with Computer Systems and Security to gain a competitive edge.

MLCSS-2022 welcomes researchers, engineers, scientists, and industry professionals to this open forum that aims to share and explore the advances in the field of machine learning, Computer Systems and Security along with various application. The conference is an ideal platform for the presentation of original research results, as well as the exchange and dissemination of innovative and practical development experiences in key areas of machine learning. Leading researchers and industry experts from around the globe will be presenting the latest studies through papers and oral presentations. The aim is to bring together researchers, practitioners, and scholars from both academia and industry to share their knowledge, exchange ideas, and establish new collaborations. Conference content will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other Indexing databases.

Author Guidelines

Papers submitted for reviewing should conform to IEEE specifications and manuscript must be at most 6 pages long, including references.

All accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore. The conference will be conducted in a virtual mode with Google Meet. We welcome submissions of unpublished papers, those are not submitted/accepted to other conferences/journals.

The review process is single-round and double-blind (submission files have to be anonymized).

Indexing: The Conference Proceedings of MLCSS-2022 will be published IEEE Xplore (which is Scopus-indexed).

Prof Aniket Mahanti

Senior Lecturer(Associate Professor)
University of Auckland, New Zealand

Dr. Aniket Mahanti is a Senior Lecturer (North America: Associate Professor) of computer science at University of Auckland, New Zealand. He received his B.Sc. (Honours) in computer science from University of New Brunswick, Saint John in 2004. Later he moved to Calgary to pursue graduate studies and completed his Master's in 2006. He worked as a research associate for 2 years, and enrolled in the doctoral program in University of Calgary in 2008. He graduated with a Ph.D. in computer science in 2012. Since then, he has been working in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Auckland. Aniket's post-secondary education was fully funded by competitive national scholarships like NSERC CGS and AITF graduate student scholarship. Aniket brings in over 10 years of technical experience in Information technology and distributed systems. He regularly consults for top technology firms from around the world to help them better manage their Information Technology resources. Aniket has extensive teaching experience in several disciplines, including, computer science, mathematics, and business. His research interests are in the general area of computer networking with an emphasis on Internet measurements and performance evaluation. Aniket's research has appeared in top peer-reviewed conferences and journals.

Prof Bharat Bhushan

Dr. Bharat Bhushan is an Assistant Professor of Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at School of Engineering and Technology, Sharda University, Greater Noida, India. He received his Undergraduate Degree (B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering) with Distinction in 2012, received his Postgraduate Degree (M.Tech. in Information Security) with Distinction in 2015 and Doctorate Degree (Ph.D. Computer Science and Engineering) in 2021 from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, India. He earned numerous international certifications such as CCNA, MCTS, MCITP, RHCE and CCNP. He has Published more than 100 research papers in various renowned International Conferences and SCI Indexed Journals including Journal of Network and Computer Applications (Elsevier), Wireless Networks (Springer), Wireless Personal Communications (Springer), Sustainable Cities and Society (Elsevier) and Emerging Transactions on Telecommunications (Wiley). He has contributed with more than 25 book chapters in various books and has edited 15 books from the most famed publishers like Elsevier, Springer, Wiley, IOP Press, IGI Global, and CRC Press. He has served as Keynote Speaker (resource person) numerous reputed international conferences held in different countries including India, Iraq, Morocco, China, Belgium and Bangladesh. He has served as a Reviewer/Editorial Board Member for several reputed international journals. In the past, he worked as an assistant professor at HMR Institute of Technology and Management, New Delhi and Network Engineer in HCL Infosystems Ltd., Noida. He is also a member of numerous renowned bodies including IEEE, IAENG, CSTA, SCIEI, IAE and UACEE.

The submission and review process for MLCSS-2022 will be done with EasyChair, a free web-based conference management software system.

Review Process:

Once the manuscript submission deadline is over, the scientific committee will initiate the review process and further intimate the final outcome to the authors on time.

Online Registration Process:

To ensure publication of a paper in the Proceedings, at least one author has to register online by submitting a normal registration fee within deadline as indicated below.

General Information :

Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission). Submitted papers must be unpublished and not currently under review for any other publication. The reviewers in particular research fields are agreed to make decisions based on Originality, Quality of Argument, Positioning, Writing Style, Novelty and Relevance/Appropriateness. The decision regarding the acceptance is final and no further request for consideration is entertained. Authors of accepted papers will need to sign in IEEE Publishing Agreement form and present their paper at the conference. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Link) if the paper is not presented at the conference. Each accepted article is required to be registerd by at least one author. All accepted and registered papers will be published in the conference proceedings and the video recording of the presentations will be available in public domain. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has also to be registered. If the author will not make the conference registration, the paper will be automatically removed from the conference proceedings.

Please note that papers will not be included in the proceedings of the conference unless one author of the paper does not pay the registration fee within the deadline.
The number of pages is limited to 6 for one paper.
It is obligatory for at least one author to register, attend the conference and present the paper.

The conference registration includes:

Participation of all conference sessions.
Conference Certificate.

Cancelation of Registration:

If any author wants to cancel his or her registration, she/he must write an email to the organizing chair on or before July 25, 2022. A processing fee of INR 1000 will be deducted from the paid registration fee and rest amount will be returned to the author.

Note:

The registration doesn’t cover accommodation, transportation etc.
No attendee will be allowed to pick up conference kit for their colleagues without prior written permission from the original registrant.
Conference Attendee /co-author participant / Listener registration fee doesn’t cover registration kit and proceedings.
Without author registration and presentation at the conference, paper will not be published in IEEE Proceedings.
All registration fees specified are excluding bank charges.
All other authors including Indians currently residing/working in other countries should make payment in INR.
